What’s included in the installed price?
The price covers the tank, delivery and professional installation as one complete package. Final pricing is confirmed after a site inspection and depends on any required restraint kits.
What do I need to have ready?
The installation site must be reasonably level and the tank should sit near an existing downpipe. Pump-driven systems also need access to an outdoor power outlet.
Gravity fed or pump driven — which do I need?
Gravity fed is a simple, economical option for garden watering, filling watering cans and basic hose use. Pump driven gives you mains-pressure water throughout the property and is required for UV filtration upgrades.
Will the stored water be safe to drink?
With a UV filtration upgrade, harmful bacteria and microorganisms are eliminated, so your back-up supply is clean and safe to drink. UV filtration is available with pump-driven systems from $665 + GST.
What happens after installation?
Our service continues with UV lamp replacement, filter changes, water quality testing, annual servicing, system inspections and ongoing technical support.
